Challenge: A heritage manufacturing brand had little to no social presence and limited visibility beyond a single product category. Their plaque manufacturing expertise was largely unknown, and complex processes were difficult to communicate through static content.

Approach: I led a video-first brand strategy focused on storytelling, process transparency, and heritage. Rather than one-off content, I built a repeatable system designed to live across social platforms and the website.

Solution: A dedicated YouTube channel and a growing library of short-form videos highlighting process, craftsmanship, and brand history. Content was optimized for YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and web integration to support consistency and reach.

Impact: A growing library of brand and process videos established a dedicated YouTube channel and significantly increased engagement across social platforms. The work contributed to meaningful growth in website traffic and created a sustainable, video-driven content cadence that continues to support brand visibility and credibility.
